Madison’s team at the hospital had booked her pre-op stuff yesterday so that if they needed more lab stuff done or any other appointments they would still have today as an option before the surgery. They were fine with everything yesterday, which meant a free day today!
Madison’s day started with a trip to the St Louis Science Centre. She wasn’t so sure of the giant robot dinosaurs but she loved the discovery room where she painted, played with water, explored a space station, was a vet at an animal hospital and lots of other fun stuff!
After some lunch, she explored some more and then headed for a shopping adventure at Target where she picked out her new backpack and lunch bag for school.
It was a great day!
