Madison spent her first day of 2016 sleeping in! It was a great gift for Mommy and Daddy. Once she woke up she made her own way down the stairs and had a special champagne breakfast.
After breakfast, Grandma and Grandpa Ambos stopped by to help Daddy with some projects around the house.
Madison and Mommy went to visit Nana and Papa Gregoire. She talked to them about being a big sister soon, had some yummy snacks and helped Papa with their new paper shredder. Nana and Papa have lots of medical documents to shred so Madison was a big help – and loved putting the paper in and watching it disappear. Don’t worry….there were finger protectors with an automatic shut off. Mommy also set up Nana and Papa’s new iPad! They can now video chat/facetime with Madison and Nate whenever they want! It’s also an easier way for them to read the daily blog, check emails, store photos and of course – lots of Elmo and Bubble Guppy apps for the little ones.
When Madison got home she tore around the house in her walker, played with Carter and Stitch and had lots of giggles with Daddy. Only a few more days until back to school so she is enjoying all her free time.
